Who We Are
We are Gulf Coast Humanists, an official chapter of the American Humanist Association. As a secular community, we offer a vibrant, compassionate alternative to religion in South Mississippi.
We also mobilize to support the most vulnerable populations in our area.

Gulf Coast Humanists Mission Statement:
Gulf Coast Humanists is a secular community of individuals committed to living ethically through reason and compassion. Guided by the Ten Commitments of Humanism, we promote human dignity, critical thinking, and social responsibility through education, dialogue, and action. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming space where people can connect, serve, and work together to build a more just, compassionate, and sustainable world—right here on the Gulf Coast.
